Our Peripartum Mental Health Support Group offers a safe, confidential space for pregnant women and new mothers (up to 12 months postpartum) to connect, reflect, and receive professional support. Delivered online in small, guided sessions by a licensed clinical psychologist and specialist psychiatrist, the group focuses on emotional wellbeing during pregnancy and early motherhood—particularly in times of uncertainty. Through structured yet open conversations, participants are supported to explore areas such as mood, sleep, identity, bonding, and coping, while also receiving gentle screening and guidance where needed.
The group provides a balance of clinical insight and peer connection, helping women feel heard, understood, and less alone in their experiences. Each session includes psychoeducation, practical support, and the opportunity to share concerns in a supportive environment, with onward referrals available if more tailored care is needed. Designed to be accessible and consistent, sessions run biweekly and aim to strengthen resilience, promote emotional health, and support women through this important life stage.
